The Ampeg Venture V7 is an electric bass amplifier head designed to deliver power and portability without compromising classic Ampeg tone. Its Class D power stage delivers 700W RMS at 4 ohms, compatible with 4/8 ohm speakers. It features a 3-band Legacy preamp: bass, semi-parametric mids, and treble. Controls include gain, variable compressor, SGT overdrive (Grit/Level), master volume, and dry/wet FX mix. Voicing modes include B15 and SVT, switchable via footswitch (SGT Super Grit Technology). Switches include input 0/-15 dB, 3-way Ultra Hi/Ultra Lo, speaker mute, ground lift, and pre/post EQ on the DI. Connectivity includes dual Neutrik Speakon NL2 connectors, balanced pre/post XLR DI outputs, headphone output, preamp output, and power amp output. Inputs include a 6.3 mm instrument jack, a 3.5 mm MP3/AUX input, and a footswitch. Serial effects loop with mix (send/return).
