A modern 2016 reissue of the legendary Minimoog monophonic synthesizer. Originally released in 1970, the Minimoog Model D was the world's first portable synthesizer. While no changes have been made to the original sound engine or audio signal path, the 2022 Minimoog Model D includes a number of popular functional modifications that expand the sonic capabilities of this legendary instrument. These modifications include a dedicated analog LFO with triangle and square waveforms, a premium Fatar keyboard with velocity and after pressure available via the top-panel CV jacks with integrated potentiometers, MIDI integration, and a mixer feedback modification that allows the Minimoog Model D to overdrive and scream with the turn of a simple knob. And, for the first time ever, the Minimoog Model D now features a spring-loaded pitch wheel with a center deadband, allowing for enhanced playability and wild performance.
